Functional Indications of SHL oral liquid:

SHL oral Solution (SHL), a well-known traditional Chinese medicine preparation, consisted of three herbs recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. 1、The sampling results showed the contents of three major substances in the three batched of ShuangHuangLian oral solution are all higher than the content standards stipulated in the Pharmacopoeia (Baicalin ≥10mg/ml, Chlorogenic acid≥0.6mg/ml, Forsythin≥0.3mg/ml).
2、SHL is a broad-spectrum anti-virus medicine, with a significant effect on Influenza virus, Adenovirus, Pneumonia, Infectious bursal disease virus, Infectious bronchitis virus and Infectious laryngotracheitis virus.
3、Antibacterial effect: The study found that chlorogenic acid in Lonicera, saponin, Baicalin in Scutellaria, Baicalein and other flavonoids, triterpenoid saponins in Forsythia; all have obvious antibacterial and bactericidal effects. In vitro antibacterial test found that ShuangHuangLian formulation has strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococus aureus, Hemolytic streptococcus, Salmonella typhi, E.coli, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella dysenteriae and Meningococcus.
4、Antipyretic and analgesic effects: SHL can significantly inhibit swelling and increased vascular permeability, caused by inflammatory mediators; also has an obvious antipyretic effect, and shows dose response.
5、Immunomodulatory effects: SHL is a versatile immune enhancer.Could antagonize hydrocortisone-induced immune suppression in mice.
